requirement for a groom :

- photocopy of ID (KTP) + KK (Kartu Keluarga)
- letters RT / RW where you are
- certificate for marriage: N1, N2, N4 from the local village
- KUA will of the local marriage notices
- 2x3 photographs 5 seeds - color photos
- widower certificate, divorce certificate, death certificate wife (if widowed)
- if married: first wife's permission, a permit is based on the wife's residence.

requirement for a bride :

- photocopy of ID (KTP) + KK (Kartu Keluarga)
- letters RT / RW where you are
- Certificate for marriage: N1, N2, N4 from the local village (could be made official KUA)
- birth certificate
- 2x3 photographs 5 seeds - color photos
- widow certificate, divorce certificate, husband's death certificate (if widowed)
- KUA recommendation residential district where the candidate's wife 

requirement for foreign national

- permission embassy
- photocopy of visa / passport (original shown)
- id card
- parental consent

after all requirements are met, then the KUA will be ready to marry you and your couple.
